The Last Patient of the Night by Gary Gerlacher

The wonderful group of authors connected with my publisher, Black Rose Writing, have created a list of authors willing to share their expertise. I consulted the author, Dr. Gary Gerlacher, who has a medical thriller series, on an ER scene in my book. He corrected a few misconceptions and got me back on track. I read his book, The Last Patient of the Night and highly recommended it. Years ago, my family used to buy and share Earl Emmerson’s and Janice Evanovich’s books. Gary’s books remind me of those fast-paced, suspenseful, humorous books with engaging characters. His is one of those books you won’t be able to turn the pages fast enough to see what happens next. It also enjoyed the insights into the culture of an ER in this book.
